The Bamboo EBA Academy is an inclusive personal development and leadership programme for young people aged 11–25, founded by Jaya Narinesingh as part of Bamboo (Elevate. Balance. Learn.).

Bamboo EBA Academy is more than a programme. It is a community where young people are empowered to discover who they are, grow with confidence and lead with purpose.

Built on the Bamboo Neuro-Constructive Inclusive System™ (NCIS), Bamboo EBA Academy intentionally creates inclusive environments where every member develops confidence, character and the skills needed to make a meaningful impact in education, work and life.

Every workshop, project and conversation is designed to help young people discover their strengths, build confidence and create meaningful impact.

Every workshop, project and opportunity is intentionally designed to develop character, communication and real-world skills that last far beyond the Academy.

Why I Created Bamboo EBA Academy

After more than a decade working in education, I saw the incredible potential within young people and the barriers that too often prevented them from flourishing.

Too many were being defined by their difficulties rather than recognised for their strengths.

That experience inspired Bamboo, and ultimately Bamboo EBA Academy; a place where every young person has the opportunity to discover who they are, grow with confidence and lead with purpose.

Meet the Founder

Jaya Narinesingh
Founder of Bamboo (Elevate. Balance. Learn.) & Bamboo EBA Academy.

Educator • Inclusive Systems Consultant • Neurodiversity Specialist

Bamboo EBA Academy was founded by Jaya Narinesingh, an educator, neurodiversity specialist and creator of the Bamboo Neuro-Constructive Inclusive System™ (NCIS).

With more than a decade of experience supporting children, young people and families, Jaya has worked across education, specialist tutoring and inclusive practice. Her work has helped hundreds of learners build confidence, overcome barriers and rediscover a love of learning.

She is also the recipient of the Woman Who UK Solopreneur of the Year 2025 award and is passionate about creating opportunities for every young person to thrive.
